1. Free trial

We offer a free trial so you can evaluate the Service before paying. Cancel any time during the trial to avoid being charged.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable for the current billing period. You can cancel to stop future charges; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.

3. Exceptions

If you were charged in error or experienced a serious, unresolved technical issue, contact us within 14 days and we will review your case in good faith.
