These Terms & Conditions govern your use of profolderai.com and the ProFolderAI service. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
ProFolderAI generates folder and file structures from descriptions, presets, and inputs you provide, and lets you export them. We may update or modify features over time.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Do not resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission.
4. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. AI generation allowances reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the descriptions and structures you create. You grant us a limited licence to process them only to operate the Service for you.
6. Intellectual property
The ProFolderAI brand, software, and design are owned by us and our licensors. These terms grant you no rights to them except to use the Service as permitted.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that generated structures will fit every use case.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProFolderAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Governing law
